Wow! Those words and advice ring so true! Forgiveness is the key to you being free not okaying what has been done. I am learning that even sometimes when someone loves you, they hurt you and sometimes even when they love you and you love them, you have to let them go! Today I forgave my best friend who has loved me for 13 years and I also have loved him from the very first time I saw him for not being ready to commit. As hard as it is, I know that forgiveness will help us both heal! Who knows what time may bring but I know that god has us both exactly where he wants us to be.

This is an awesome when one speaks truth about forgiveness. I would also like to thank you for the time that you have taken to share this truth. I know forgiveness is most important to the one who needs to forgive so you dont hold all the hate and bitter cup of wrath on ourselves that we bring. I have learned to fogive not for the other person but for myself to live free from all the uglyness. Love will cover all the multitudes of actions on our part. Look what Jesus did for us, and i know I dont deserve it, but we are not perfect but we are washed with the Blood of Jesus and we can walk free if we allow it.. again thanks for your wonderful message! I have read this this article on “forgiveness” and “love”, indeed, interesting and helpful. Its valuable, to think upon these things, and to share very practical suggestions as well as reminders, as to how we need to be able to put these things into practice, and to even see them, the Way God does, which is even more important! There is a verse in Corinthians which provides a comforting answer to all these things, and that is…..”Love is patient, kind, tenderhearted, quick and ready to forgive and to think the best of every person, it is long suffering, does not behave itself haughtily, takes no account of a suffered wrong done to it, and etc….I find now, this is the first answer to problems, because, in life, it may not be what really happens to us, but rather how we choose to react or respond …..and therein, I think, lies the key!
