A Little Loving Heart Can Go A Long Way In Expressing Love
By Guide
Coffee Lovers
There are an infinite number of ways to say "I Love You". I obtained this little red heart while doing some shopping for my beloved on Valentine’s Day. It does not take long for one to notice that Valentine’s Day is a great time to stock up on little love novelties. So I often pick up some fun loving trinkets for future use and stash them away in my hidden love basket. Recently I broke out this little thoughtfulness tool to express my love to my wife by surprise, wrapping its tail around the handle of the coffee pot for her to find in the morning. She gets up earlier than I do and heads straight for the coffee pot. Before she goes to work, she comes into the bedroom and wakes me up with a kiss and tells me she loves me. That little heart set the stage for both of our days and it began with me thinking of her.

In seeing her response, I thought that we could have some more fun with this little love heart. So when I had an opportunity, I sneaked it out to the garage and tied it around her steering wheel of her car. One does not have to do big expensive things to express love to another, but with an otherness mindset, I am looking for ways to show her affection. |
I have found many other places to position this little heart for exhibit around the house. One day putting in between her two pillows to find. As it turns out she did not see it until she came to bed. She started giggling with joy and wrapped her arms around me with a big loving hug. It tickled her so much it made her eyes water. Then we turned off the lights. | ![]() |

As of this very moment that little love communicator is awaiting her bubble bath time. This kind of love is simple, it requires little effort, and lets her know that I am thinking about her. It conveys my love for her and my hearts desire to demonstrate that love to her by saying "I Love You". |

I liked looking at my husband, coming and going…..I used to tease him about it.
For our 2nd year wedding anniversary, he gave me something quite unique.
It was a grey, (one of my favorite colors), suit. It was his size and fit perfectly!
And, it had no back pants pockets!!! What a thoughtful, treasued, and delightful gift!

once i cut out little hearts with construction paper, all different colors and sizes. then on a regular size piece of paper i put my hubby’s name and below it i put “oh how i love you, let me count the ways” an inside each heart i put a trait i loved about him. then i stuck the regular size paper to the steering wheel of our car then taped the hearts all around the front of the car (windows, visor, radio buttons, etc.). He loved it to say the least 🙂
REPLY: This is not only a good idea, it is a good way to gain appreciation for those who have lost sight of it.
